My ds (2) has a speech delay and has had multiple ear infections. Dr. suggested we try to limit to 2 servings a day of dairy and I'm trying to keep it as low as possible.

Without dairy, does my son need a multi vitamin? Does almond milk, ricedream or soy milk have the same nutrients and vitamins?

anyone out there with a lactose intolerant kid? What's the deal?

If your child isn't getting calcium from make then make sure he gets it from other sources. Almonds, rice dream, spinach, broccoli...and other foods have calcuim.
