I love the immersion blender for mashed potatoes, creamy soup...it's just wonderful.
When we were engaged, my husband insisted we register for it because "all Lubavitchers do". (I still don't know if this is true, but LOL.) So I did and thought I'd never use it...he likes to tease me about that now!
