I was going to make pesto noodles, so I have a huge bag of fresh basil. But I changed my mind bc I'd rather not have any pasta. I'd prefer brown rice, or some kind of grain.
So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what to do with a big bag of basil leaves. I'm also open minded to any dips and main dishes, as well as fish. (I'm buying some tilapia and salmon.)
TY~

I make dark meat boneless chicken with basil, garlic, olive oil and salt. I do serve it with pasta though, using the basil sauce from the chicken.
I also make yummy pesto to spread on sliced chicken breasts.
And quinoa with fresh basil.
I make sauteed zucchini with basil and garlic.
You can add a little bit of basil to anything. It's delicious fresh!

I put basil on my salmon. I line the pan with parchment paper. rinse off salmon pieces. rub a little lemon juice on the fish. sprinkle onion pwder, garlic pwder, parsely flakes, and a generous amount of basil. I cover the pan and bake on 350 for about an hour. probably needs less time to bake. always comes out yummy.

Pesto with chicken or anything else
Tomato Basil salad
