Having company on Shavous for Shabbos lunch.
I making the typical Salmon, dips, cholent, eggs & Liver. I need some ideas for something new.
Mabey some sort of wraps? Any ideas would be appreciated. I also would like to serve some sort of drink first like a slush or punch but it can not have any citrus in it.

Make a thick strawberry soup before Yom tov, spoon into martini glasses, sprinkle the top with chopped pieces of kiwi and mango (not too large or they'll sink to the bottom! small enough will float) and put at place settings when you set the table.

Cookbook- "silver spoon" has a few recipes. Basic jist of it is- in food processor or blender mix cut up strawberries with sugar. I add orange juice, a little lemon juice and at times ripe mangoes. Spice according to taste.
