Any ideas of things I can make ahead of time to be for Shabbos lunch? preferably to be served at room temperature, but will also take ideas for things to go on a blech.
Thanks!

Fried breaded eggplant does not need to be hot.
As the poster before me mentioned, chicken cutlets or hamburgers (both good cold if you like it).

thought of something else - u can make baby hotdogs in blankets they are good on the blech or cold, good with kids or adults!!!!!
(in my mothers house EVERYTHING is cold inc kugel so we are used to eating cold rather than hot...kugel is surprisingly good cold - seems a bit more peppery and with a paperthin slice of meat and coleslaw yummmmo)
