Timing myself!

I never do anything too lengthy, but everything takes time.

This morning I took 10 minutes to cut up a veggie platter for the R.H. farby tonite; but it was a busy and labor-intensive 10 minutes!

I occasionally shy away from "worky" things like this; for example, I can make a cake in 5 minutes, but to send cookies to a simcha, it takes a whole evening!
