Hi everyone, I'm getting a cleaning lady fo rthe first time, any tips?
What do I do when she first comes, do I help her out with the work as well or what?

Show her each room when she's ready to start it. Be very specific about what she should do. Tell her every last detail. These cleaning ladies aren't very smart. Then when she's done with that room she'll come back to you, & you can tell her what to do in the next room. I don't work with them. I don't like to get in the way.

Also, offer her a drink 1/2 way through or lunch at the end if its lunch time. they appreciate that.
