I have way way way too many carrots that I need to get rid of....
What can I make for shabbos with my way too many carrots?
Any ideas for the main course (as in not a salad)? A
And we dont do kugels in my house (dh isnt very fond of them:-/)

Sorry, no main dish ideas for carrots right now.
How about a carrot ginger soup, ala ClaRivka.
I put some carrot chunks in my cholent, yum!
And serve sliced carrots in the chicken soup.
