I am in dire need of money, so I'm trying to get money from wherever I can. I have an american express delta sky miles card and I have a few thousand mileage. Does anyone know if I can sell it?

Aside from the legality issue, I doubt it would work if you have only "a few thousand" miles. If you have enough miles for a free ticket (which usually starts 10,000 or 20,000 for domestic US flights), you can redeem a ticket on behalf of a buyer. Since you cannot combine miles belonging to different persons, anything less than that would be hard to sell.
