Did over 30 sessions of neurofeedback for anxiety and did not see any noticeable improvement. Very frustrating.

Scam. Waste of money. I felt like I had gotten conned. Spent thousands on it and it did nothing. Did it for my child who doctor promised it would really help them behaviorally. Scam, scam, scam. And I wouldn’t go back to the dr who recommended it either

My husband saw good results. Nothing earth shattering but small improvements. But then again, it could be psychological 🤣

I know several people who had good results. Did you use the Neuroptimal system or another system?
Anxiety might need more sessions.
