friday night:
Homemade challah from the freezer (best recipe ever, if anyone needs a challah recipe)
Gefilte fish prob with sauce and stirfried peppers
chicken soup
deli roll
smoked hickory chicken
cornbeef
deli salad
yerushalmi kugel
apple crisp
potatoe kugel
potatoe borekas
stuffed cabbage
dessert
homemade pirave butterfingers
individual piecrusts with cake and a scoop of ice cream on top
Shabbas day--eatin out
I love cooking so this may seem like a lot but its all I do all day!!

Wow! That's a TON of food!
If I made all that, we'd be eating leftovers for weeks!
I think that this week I'm going to make the Chicken/pastrami/mashed potato dish again (it was really good last week, and I want it again!)

At this point, before Pesach, I usually cut back a little in Shabbos prep., by buying Challah, cake and dessert, so I have time to squeeze in some Pesach cleaning on Friday, such as any job that I didn't finish the day before.
I'm debating whether to do that this week.
