please I need to know a good qualified doctor in brooklyn area who can do surgery on child to fix hernia.

anyone know dr. shlasko or dr. glasberg.

Dr. Howard Ginsburg, pediatric surgeon in NYU Medical Center in Manhattan. Top of the line.

dr. howard ginsburg is wonderful! my ds had a super quick recovery! He is the head of pediatric surgery and some chair person in (I think) NYU. Dh and I were very happy.

Dr. Middlesworth 212-305-3325 was recommended to me by Refuah Helpline. He does the surgeries in Columbia Presbytarian. As far as insurance I have Oxford. B''H great experience. If you have any questions about surgery or recovery you can pm me.

Kenneth Glassberg repaired my baby's hernia in Columbia. He accepts HIP medicaid, maybe others too. Superb care, great hospital, quick n'easy recovery baruch hashem.

thak you everyone for your replies. we will look into all those doctors listed. at this time Rab bergman recommended to use Dr. kessler from long island jewish hospitla. anyone know, heard of him or used him. how was it????

Shlasko is great, but doesn't take any insurance.

Glassberg is very good, as is Friedman. Dr. Friedman takes americhoice and most other insurances.
