I bought some fresh tarragon on the whim, and now I have no idea what to do with it. Anyone have any yummy recipes that includes tarragon? Thanks!

Tarragon goes very nicely with fish, chicken or eggs. It has a delicate, almost anise-like flavour.
- add to chicken soup right after it's cooked
- chop finely and add to grilled/poached chicken, omelettes/scrambled eggs
- I mix chopped garlic and chopped tarragon, coat white fleshed fish (haddock, seabass, snappers) and simply pan-fry them.
Once you wash/clean them you can freeze them in a ziplock bag.
