I tried with a blender plenty of times. It only good with one of those machines that freeze it a bit while mixing.

Susie Fishbein has a recipe for frozen cappuchinos in the lightens up book.... basically you make 2 cups of hot instant coffee and put it into the fridge to cool for twenty mins. Than into the blender goes ice, low fat milk or low fat frozen yogurt, splash of vanilla, splenda or your sweetener of choice and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

You girls are making me hungry or rather thirsty at this time of the day I LOVE ICE COFFEE esp from stabucks. (if you only eat cholov yisroel you can get without milk n add milk yourself)
