The Whipped Sweet Potato Bake
(good if you're short on time)
40-45 oz canned sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 stick marg (eat your heart out Greenie) or oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
Preheat your oven and mix ingredients in small baking or pie dish,mashing the sweet potatoes right in the pan if you like. Bake about 20 minutes. Makes about 10 servings.
Recipe halves, doubles, triples, and freezes well.

do you drain the liquid from the can? mash the sweet potatoes or leave them whole?
