Substitute for heavy whipping cream

I can't find heavy whipping cream anywhere now, is there anything (even pareve) that I can substitute for it?

I see Golden Flow at our stores now, a large and a smaller one!

But for pareve you can use Rich's or Gefen whip from the freezer section, or the Cool Whip type tub (regualr and light), also in the freezer section.
