I really like the hot poppers from dougies
does anyone know how to make them?

Basically it's strips of chicken breast made like Buffalo wings.

make shnitzel

sauce:
1/4 c hot sauce
1/4 c honey
1/2 c dark corn syrup.

bring to a boil and pour over or dip in cutlets
