My first call of port would be Mothercare. Or someone with online shops. John Lewis if you NEED to. Does it have to be City Mini?
Or you can try Edgware K (which is a community email listing) to see if anyone has used ones for sale/give away.

I'm planning on buying it as well...the cheapest I found it for was £200 in John Lewis or Mothercare...

| Oh I also forgot to mention Toys R Us/Babys R Us in Brent X. They may carry strollers--I think we got a car seat there. Also see if Tesco Direct, Boot's or Argos has one on their catalogues.
