I know it probably varies by country and even region, but in your experience how much would someone with a degree allowing him to teach get per hour for school tutoring or for adult lessons?

The going rate here is around $50 an hour. Though I've heard of people who charge, and receive $75 an hour.

I charge $40 or $50 an hour, depending on the person.

For physics and math, I am charging $30/hr, but I have only tutored within our community. I am told that I can charge $50/hr and it would be reasonable.

Thanks.
What about someone with a degree allowing to teach but never taught, not a "teacher degree", and didn't learn pedagogy and so on?

Often tutors have a degree in a specific area, not a teacher's degree. I used to get 25-30 for tutoring straight out of seminary, and if I started again I would charge more since I've taught in the meantime. My mother got 50 years ago, but she had a lot of experience. Now she could probably get more.
