Occasionally his hands/arms shake I think when he tries to reach for a toy and maybe gets excited. Im not 100 % sure if its his hands or arms or both because it's not all the time. I will tell our pediatrician but do you know what it is? should I be worried???

Can you describe the shaking a bit more? my baby does this all the time and I know it's an early sign of autism. it's called stimming. google it.

"What to expect the first year" says that slight shaking when excited is nothing to be worried about. but I would definitely mention it to your doctor.

Do not get alarmed. It might be low muscle tone. Mention it to your ped.
