Help! I"m planning a large Kiddush for 200 people and am doing most of the catering by myself. I live out of town and don't have access to alot of convenience foods. Does anyone have any suggestions for food that is easy to prepare, can be frozen and served without being reheated first. Menu is fish based in Fleishing dishes.

whole sides of salmon cooked - there is a nice recipe in kbd entertains with vegetable slices on top. (I wouldn't freeze that though) And fried fish balls/patties freeze very well. you can do gefilta fish & tuna. You can also do smoked salmon platters, devilled eggs, potato salad, red cabbage salad and so on. Also pareve quiche or frittata is nice cold or souffle type kugels, such as creamy broccoli kugel.

Sesame noodles is a great idea, so easy and everyone likes it!

Make lots of salads and kugels. Quiches are also good cold.

Thanks so much for all your suggestions! Its mostly what I thought of already, but was hoping for something new and different. I don't have such luck freezing kugels, they tend to be a little watery unless warmed up on Friday, which I don't want to do.
