Somewhere I had posted that I would post my grandmother's pesach cake recipe. I don't remember where it was so I'll start this thread here.
This is a great recipe for those who don't use any sort of starch on Pesach.
8 oz. sugar
8 oz. ground nuts - hazel or almonds
juice from 1/2 lemon
mix in mixer then add 1 mashed potato. mix again.
bake for an hour on 350 - I'm not 100% about this but I'm pretty sure...

OP here:
Actually, my grandmother said that she bakes it for an hour on #4 on Israeli ovens. I figured that it was 350 but I'm not sure. Can someone help me with this one?
