Make rocky road. Its basically chocolate refrigerator cake so melted chocolate, crushed digestive biscuits (graham crackers), dried fruit, marshmallows, whatever ou like. Set in the fridge and dust with icing sugar. so easy and goes down a treat

You can also make a pie, like: sweet potato, pumpkin, or butternut squash, and put the marshmallows on top toward the end of the baking - that's how they do it in the south (of the US).

I made rocky road brownies with mini marshmallows. I just made a regular brownie recipe and then when it was still warm, I sprinkled chopped walnuts, mini marshmallows, and mini chocolate chips on the top. It was very good!

I too make something similar to the above poster -
I make either chocolate cake or brownies (can be dunkin hines).
Let it cool.
Frost it with chocolate frosting.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows, whita and brown chocolate chips, grahm crackers crushed into little pieses.
Sometimes I drizzle melted baking chocolate on the top.
Always a hit!
