And had a bowel movement there was a little blood in the toiet and some dripped on her underwear. I know when there's blood in the actual stool then that is dangerous, but what do you think this is? A broken blood vessel?
Should I be worried? I am worried!

Call your pediatrician. Most likely it's nothing.
Now, that being said: was she constipated? If so, could have been difficult and caused a little tear or something.
My understanding of blood in the stool is also different than fresh red blood, chas v'shalom it would be dark/black.

Was she in a lot of pain? Could be hemeroids (sp?). Definitely something to ask your ped about but probably nothing to be so alarmed about. Hatzlacha!

Constipation might be the culprit.

Of course get it checked out, but if she's not actively bleeding I don't think an ER visit is necessary. (ie. it's just when she has a movement) Is she otherwise acting herself? If so, then it's less likely to be something cv"s serious.
If constipation is it, it could be internal hemmeroids or fissures in the tract, and loosening the diet, so to speak, would help.

I had it with my 3 year old son. I ran to the dr. It was a scratch from the inside from a constipated bowel movement. There was quite a lot of blood. I now make sure he does not get constipated. call your dr. and hatzlocho
