Any good recipes for parve, vegetarian soups that don't require blending?

I amke veggie soup all the time. I start w/ onions which I sautee along w/ any veggie I find that I could sutee too- leeks, celery, zukini...
then I add water, and whatever veggies I have/can buy- carrots, potatoes, sweet, potatoes, acorn squash, parsnip.....
for flavor I add salt, pepper, bay leaves, and thyme.
also barley for thickness.
when all is well cooked, I add frozen veggies-mixed, corn, green beans, peas...... or any combination.
nothing is a must to put in-just use what ya got!!
