How long do you think they can last, sliced, in the fridge?

Not in a vaccuum packed package - 3-4 days. I eat them or throw them by then.

Indefinitely- until they smell off.

I leave them up to a week as long as they don't smell. They have a lot of preservitives that keep them fresh. However, if they smell then throw them out in a New York minute.
