If you are planning on doing milchig you can assemble baked zitis and lasagnas in advance and either bake partway before and warm after shab or you can prepare friday and bake after shab.
Certain kieshes freeze or warm well. What type of food are you planning on doing. SOups warm well also you can boil pastas in advance and make sauces like alfredo the nt of. Or if you need fleishig ideas let me know
(if you are located in brooklyn you can pm for help with the food as I do this for bussiness I prepare and people pick it up fully ready.)
