I bought a crepe maker months ago, hoping to make my own blintzes. Just used it yesterday for the first time and I made something so yummy. I wanted to share it with Scders looking for something new.
I mixed three eggs with a handful of almond flour, cinnamon, vanilla and honey. I made crepes with them and then drizzled honey on the crepes and folded into quarters. They made such yummy little sandwiches. Great for breakfast or dessert.
I'm excited about the different things I'm going to make and its very easy to keep the crepe maker parve, while still being able to make milchig and fleishig blintzes. Anyways, just thought I would share. I think a crepe maker is a great addition to an SCD kitchen.
This is very similar to the one I have.
