Mud Pie (ice cream)
box of crunched up cookies, sandwich type preferred
2 pints of ice cream, could be the same or different flavors; I used vanilla and coffee marsh
fudge sauce or liquid chocolate or even chocolate spread ... or choc squeezy sauce
sliced and toasted nuts, optional
pareve whip (tub), optional
You smish up your cookies and put half in your deep dish pie plate.
You let your ice cream soften and put one layer on the crumbs. You do the next layer of crumbs, then the last pint of ice cream and then your topping. Freeze. ( I stopped here and it still was very good).
Optional - spread nuts on top, then a layer of your whip. You can drizzle some choc sce on top of that, too.
