Lowfat Oatmeal Cookies

3 cups oats
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg sub
1/3 cup corn syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix and bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes; makes about 2 dozen. Enjoy !
