Is it true that getting a hall with its own caterer, you get a better deal?

Emunas Yisroel has a hall. we used it with Tyberg's caterers, I think was about $350 or $400 for 60 people.

Is there a hall where a caterer belongs to the hall and you get both for a reduced rate together?
