A friend showed me this cookbook and it looked like great healthy recipes.
Anyone have it? Is it good? Where did you buy it?

We bought it at our local judaica store. I like it a lot. we have multiple allergies so some of the recipes I cannot use but I generally use it as a guide and for ideas and then use my own modifications.

if this is the one by Nomie Muller......it is very good! Everything I made came out superb....I highly recommend it!
