I boiled orzo, but it's not soft enough. It's now mixed with other stuff and has been sitting in the fridge. Is there any way I can make it softer by cooking it for longer in the oven? Should I mix it with water first? How long should it cook for? Covered? On what temp?
Thanks for the help!

I'm guessing, but I'm assuming 1 lb. of orzo - put in a 9x13 & add a 1/4 cup of water, maybe even 1/2 a cup & bake at 350, check after 15 minutes, a half an hour. If it's working & water is getting absorbed you can add more with time. (I make rice in the oven all the time.)
I don't know if this will work I'm just hoping it will.
Hatlocha.
