I'm always wondering about this boullion thing- a lot of soup recipes call for it but does anyone know the measurment? how much water are you supposed to use for one standard size cube?

so when it says four cups of boullion that means four cubes dissolved in four cups of water?

I use the big consomme containers, not the cubes, so I'm not exactly sure. but, the containers are 1 tsp. of powder to 1 cup of water. and yes, when the recipe says 4 cups of bullion, I do 4 tsps. of powder dissolved in 4 cups of water.

I think each cube is for I cup, why don't u taste it and see if it's too strong or too weak and then you'll know.
