Washer and Dryer were working perfectly before they did a drain job and now theyre both dead as a door knob. Im thinking its the electric plug that they didnt plug in but I dont see it. They told me theyre coming back, but Im thinking theyre not telling the truth.
OK we figured it out. When the machine moves to one direction it works. When you move it to the other direction (which I cant keep it permanently), it doesnt work. What a mess. The thing weighs a ton. Theyre humoring us and saying theyre coming back.........
