I wouldn't believe it, if I hadn't seen it for myself:
Quote:

Conclusions Vaccination with recent seasonal nonadjuvanted or adjuvanted influenza vaccines induced little or no cross-reactive antibody response to 2009 H1N1 in any age group. Persons under the age of 30 years had little evidence of cross-reactive antibodies to the pandemic virus. However, a proportion of older adults had preexisting cross-reactive antibodies.

Ha! (thank you) I knew it! Wink
I didn't take it and didn't see a point in it. Let's at least hope it wasn't harmful in any way seeing as some people were forced to take it by their employers...

Are they talking about the H1N1 vax, or the seasonal flu vax in conjunction with the 1976 vax?

No, it means that vaccination with the regular seasonal flu vaccine didn't produce any significant antibodies against H1N1. It does not mean, that the vaccine for H1N1 didn't work !!!

(which should not be taken to mean that the flu vaccine necessarily DID work)

In no shape or form can you reach this conclusion from the abovementioned study.

I see you're right, thanks for pointing out the obvious. LOL I had a feeling I should have looked at it more closely and not taken someone's word for it, before posting. Rolling Eyes
