I am sorry to say that my family did not have the tradition of potato starch noodles, as mom cooked more with matza meal. In my quest for that perfect Pesach noodle (bletlach, crepes, whatever) I looked at all the imamother recipes offered but none looked "exact" enough. I want perfect and I don't want a bunch of wasted bletlach before a nice one forms.
So, here is what I found. I take no credit at all - not even my bubby passed on such a delicious traditional recipe.
