oh israelis how do you do this? | Same as you: once you ascertain that your personal circle is "all clear" you proceed with life. Until you find out that one of the victims was the brother/sister/mother/father ect. of someone you know. And then the funerals. May we not know of such terror, amen.

Yes. My aunt died in the #2 bus bombing and we knew right away that she was missing. But it took 3 days to ID her. It was 3 very very hard, rough and sad days. No one should ever need to know of the sheer torture.
