Only one woman used the refurbished pool today. It closed somewhat early (at 8:30), so I missed out...BUT I checked it out, and it's gorgeous. New re-built gleaming (clean) changing rooms with doors/privacy, 10 new private showers, the pool itself sparkling clean without a whiff of chlorine (I'm guessing they changed from chlorine to a newer filtering/sanitizing system). Girls hours 6:30 (or, possibly 6) to 7:30, ladies only from 7:30 to 8:30. If more women come and request it they'll stay open for more hours Ladies hours on Sunday, Tues. and Thur. evening,a Weiss daughter on Union St. will give up-dates and confirmation. Let's use the Popack's gift to the community!
