I have some free time right now as I took off a semester from school, and the temporary job I had just finished. I'm not very good with the lack of structure and am looking for a fulfilling way to spend the next few weeks. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions - volunteering etc. that I could start immediately?

Shiurim. Exercise. Call your local mosdos and see what they need.

kol hakavod to you for looking to volunteer! such a shame that the response level is so low. for what it's worth here are a few ideas: call agudath israel's volunteer dept, see if anything sounds good for you, call chai lifeline, stop by a local nursing home, or group home for young adults.
