There is also Rabby Dimarsky in Chicago. He is very special. He lost his wife a couple of years ago, so he might be especially helpful and they might feel that he can "relate".

I think that in such a hard time, it's easier to talk to somebody in their native language, than learned one. Just my assumption. We should never know such tzoros.
