What kind of quality is Russian hair? I am looking into a sheital and they told me it is made from cuticle intact, non-dyed Russian hair. what kind of quality is that?

There is Russian and Russian. It can be nice European hair, Asian hair, generally something in between. You have to see for yourself.

If its the real thing, then great. Otherwise most of the Asian hair is processed in Russia/Ukraine.

Russian hair is usually considered eastern European. If its unprocessed, it can be really beautiful. Unfortunately, the hair business is not the most honest one, and only someone with experience would be able to tell you if it was processed or not.

I've had sheitelmachers warn me that "Russian hair" is often Siberian hair (close to Asian in genetics).
