Ditto. If you're ok with sterling silver, buy them at Uniquely Yours or some other costume jewelry store for a fraction of the price. Real costs me one dollar a piece here at Ari's in Lakewood, my sil sells the silver ones for 25 cents each.

I dont think they have real gold ones but leggacy in flatbush sells earing backs.. I bought the plastic kind. they have metal I dont know about real gold or silver if they have that is...

Maybe for a baby the gold ones are better. Is her skin sensitive in that area?
Is she prone to skin infections? Surgical stainless steel is fine too, as is sterling silver.
I am sure they can be found online too.
But any jewelry store will sell them to you.
$1. for gold and .25 for silver is the right price.
The plastic discs may be too large, depends on the age and size of the baby.
