Is there an allergy (too much dairy?)?

Do you have a mouse problem?

Are you frequently vaccinating?

Is it seasonal or literally year round?

Mold issue in the house?

There are many causes of it, but the above are some of the most common.

what Tehilla said. Runny noses are not caused by vitamin deficiency. If the discharge is yellowish-greenish it's probably an infection or something stuck up the kid's nose. Take him to a doctor--you'd be surprised what kids can shove up there and forget about. If the discharge is clear it's probably an allergy and you should take him to an allergist for testing. At least that's the conventional wisdom: cloudy, thick, colored = infection; clear, thin, colorless = allergy.

you might need an ENT check for ear infections and red throat as well.

If you want natural, my homeopath in Williamsburg has helped my children with MANY such issues, and B"H always successfully. You can PM me for information if you want.
