Really? did you use the powder? It works better than the liquid. And Hot water is important. Let it sit for 30-60 min, or even overnight. Also try to make a "puddle" of the oxy mix so the stain is sitting in it. (Do you understand what I mean? arrange the material so the stain is in a kind of valley, so the liquid stays on it)
I got out all the Pesach stains very successfully with it.
Good luck!

If not, there's always bleach.

lestoil works great for me on grape juice stains. Put it directly on the stain and then wash it with regular detergent.

Shout or mix a bit of boiling water with nature bright and pour directly onto stain. (make sure the area is wet.)

For all wine and fruit juice stains, place a bowl under the stain and pour boiling water from a height of at least a foot directly on the stain.

I usually make a paste of oxy clean, liquid detergent and warm water...the scrub it on the stain with a toothbrush and leave a glob of it on there for several hours or overnight then wash normal.

I also have grape juice, actually wine, on a baby's knit baby sweater. It's off white, not white. By my baby's bris, they got wine on his outfit which is a one piece sweater. LOL My cleaning lady took care of it, so don't ask me how to get it off, but these sound like good ideas.
