Chossid mom - why dont you pick say three days that suit you and have them in three different locations. That way all of us will get a chance to see your product and meet up. I do think that having it in a restaurant might be too pricey for some.
Though Mendlesohns Pizza has a lot of space and its bright and cheap so that might work great! When you have worked out which days work for you where, post them and see how many responses you get.

If you do, then I for sure can't come. I get motion sickness if I sit anyplace other than the front seat.

CM- I have been hearing about this product for a while now. I am very interested in hearing your presentation on it. Any chance you would come to Monsey to present your product? If not perhaps you can pm me with more info on the product eg-prices, amounts etc. and I will arrange someone in the city to get it for me.
