Hello All,
I need help in locating a contact person via email or phone to help my elderly disabled father return to Israel. He made a Aliyah in his younger years so he will be considered a Toshav Chozer. I've tried contacting NBN and they put me in touch with a Toronto based Aliyah center but, still no answers from them.

There is no shaliach in Vancouver. I think I know who you are...PM me and we can take it from there. (If he comes, he will also need to fly via Toronto.)

Have you been in contact with Joy Epstein at Nefesh B'Nefesh? She and her family made aliyah from Vancouver about 12 years ago, and she now works to support the elderly and others in need of medical assistance who are making aliyah. Hopefully she would be able to give some direction. You can look her up on the Nefesh b'nefesh website, or if you have difficulty finding her email address, PM me.
