Marinated Spice Chicken
oil
1 T sugar
1 T paprika
1 T pepper or to taste
1 T garlic
salt, optional
chicken, of course
Put your chicken in a zippy bag and add the marinade; let chill for four hours if possible. Grill, broil or bake until done.

The recipe said very little, but then I found the spice just sat on the chicken, so added more. You do what works for you.
My oven is fleishig so I bake it uncovered.
