I know this is about four years too late, but... My sheitel macher recommended a hairspray she always uses and you can view my post on my sheitel blog, Ask Chavi.

Pantene ProV hairspray is great for my sheitel. It's not sticky and does the trick. It comes in a pump bottle, not aerosol.
I found some on sale at Target, but probably any CVS, RiteAid or supermarket will carry it.
