I know this topic is a little old, but just noticed it. I always cook my kreplach and then freeze them in batches for ease of use later on. Usually pre-Rosh Hashana I make mine a few weeks ahead, saves the 'last minute' hassles. I've never had a problem doing this.

In case this comes up for anyone else, I freeze mine raw then cook them fresh, YUM!

In water. I found that ooking them in the soup makes the soup too starchy.
